Quarterbacks

1. Arch Manning - 90 OVR

The top player in the 2023 NFL draft class and the highest-graded high school quarterback ever to enter the rankings. Manning was the Gatorade Player of the Year in 2020 and 2021 for Isidore Newman High School in New Orleans. As a senior, he threw for 2,425 yards, 33 touchdowns, and only four interceptions while leading his team to a 13-0 record and the Division I state championship. Manning is committed to the University of Texas.

2. Caleb Williams - 89 OVR

Williams transferred from Oklahoma to Southern Cal after the 2021 season. He was the starting quarterback for the Sooners as a true freshman in 2021 and led them to an 11-2 record and a berth in the College Football Playoff. Williams threw for 1,912 yards, 21 touchdowns, and four interceptions while rushing for 442 yards and six touchdowns.

3. Quinn Ewers - 88 OVR

Ewers was the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2022 high school class and committed to the University of Texas. He enrolled early and participated in spring practice. Ewers is expected to compete for the starting quarterback job in 2022.

Running Backs

1. Evan Stewart - 89 OVR

Stewart was a five-star recruit out of Frisco, Texas, and committed to the University of Texas. As a true freshman in 2021, Stewart caught 48 passes for 596 yards and seven touchdowns. He also rushed for 317 yards and four touchdowns.

2. Bijan Robinson - 88 OVR

Robinson was one of the most productive running backs in college football in 2021, rushing for 1,434 yards and 15 touchdowns on just 204 carries. He also caught 26 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns. Robinson is expected to be one of the top running backs in the NFL draft in 2023.

3. Zach Charbonnet - 87 OVR

Charbonnet was a transfer from UCLA who rushed for 1,137 yards and 13 touchdowns for the Bruins in 2021. He is expected to be one of the top running backs in the Pac-12 in 2022.
